Seeds of Gold Institute’s mission is to empower individuals, groups, and the global community by providing tools to explore and expand their personal growth and human potential.
The Institute offers individual sessions, teachings, workshops, publications, and multimedia productions using a variety of tools such as music, art, psychology, and wisdom traditions.
The Institute’s name is inspired by Alchemy, an ancient school of wisdom which speaks of life as the journey to find one’s inner seeds of gold, one’s unique path, and become who we are meant to be.

Music awakens what is asleep in us

Life is vibration. Vibration creates movement, and through movement everything manifests, transforms, and evolves. We use sacred sounds, rhythms, and melodies of ancient and modern musical instruments, to harmonize people’s mind and tune their body by leading them on ‘Inner Landscapes Journeys’. We apply this methodology in one-on-one sessions, as well as in group settings, workshops, and company retreats in order to facilitate and nurture personal transformation and wellbeing.

Nadine Kreisberger
​
Nadine's work lives at the intersection of psychology, executive coaching, and wisdom schools, along with strategic management and geopolitics.
​
She grew up in Paris, developed a classical music company in New York, spent time near the lava flows in Hawai’i, was the right hand of the leading female politician in Mongolia, had a therapy practice and TV shows in New Delhi.
​
Now based in an enchanted abode in California, she works with people and organizations around the world.

Laura Inserra
​
Laura lives and creates at the confluence of music, wisdom schools, and cutting edge technology. She plays acoustic instruments from around the globe and combines them with wisdom practices to facilitate self-exploration and holistic healing.
Her music speaks a universal language, telling stories without words. As a listener, you become the creator of your own experience, breaking the boundaries of your senses and connecting to your inner guidance.​
