Sealing Your 2017 ~ Sowing Your 2018

    A One-Day Retreat

with Laura Inserra & Nadine Kreisberger

    to transition into 2018

    with Awareness, Intention, Beauty…

    Berkeley Hills, January 7th, 2018

    11am to 6.30pm

What are the teachings 2017 delivered solely to you?

What are the challenges that made you stronger?

What are the patterns you repeated, which made you weaker?

What are the gifts, opportunities, blessings, growth, and people brought to you by this specific year?

Which seeds would you like to sow for your 2018?

What does your intuition want to reveal to your awareness?

What do you need to let go in order to create more capacity & space for the new to come?

What kind of manifestation, growth, people, and adventures are you thirsty, hungry, and ready for?

Calendar transitions, like other symbolic junctures, can be sacred moments of reflection, imagination, and revelation. It is precious to size them as opportunities to travel in time and reflect on the steps that have led us to be who and where we are; to spread our vision widely and sense the path that wants to manifest ahead.

Sealing Your 2017 ~ Sowing Your 2018 offers you the space and time for such musings, reflections, questions and visions, with some of our favorite tools: Sound Journeys, Active Imagination, Dreamwork, Roundtable of Inner Characters, and more.

Through the day we will reminisce and imagine through questions, stories and myths; we will write and draw; we will travel with Laura’s sounds, journeying vision-ally with our inner eye, and physic-ally through the vibratory memories stored in our body.

Within that flow, we will acknowledge, forgive, let go, transmute, embrace, nourish, honor, envision, and bless all that ought to be.

Join us for this intimate, endearing, and enchanting journey.

We look forward to exploring, sharing, and creating together!

A few notes about the presenters:

Nadine Kreisberger’s work is about accompanying people on their journey to understand who they are and becoming it. In those “joint journeys” (a term she prefers to coaching or therapy), she brings her unique background in psychology, shamanism, business, politics, and the media. She combines various tools such as depth psychology and dreamwork, business coaching and leadership training, trauma relief (EMDR), and inter-generational dynamics. She works in both one-on-one and group settings, in the San Francisco Bay Area and around the world.

A citizen of the world, Nadine grew up in France; she created a classical music company in New York; she spent time near the lava flows on the Big Island of Hawai’i; she was the right-hand of the leading female politician in Mongolia; she had a therapy practice and TV shows in New Delhi. Now based in the Bay Area, she created Neidan Inc. as an umbrella for all her activities -- counseling work, company retreats and media projects.

Neidan is the Chinese name for an ancient tradition known in the Western world as Alchemy – the process of a person or an entity finding their essence and manifesting it. It is the ‘red thread’ of Nadine's journey and of all the company’s activities. More about Nadine Kreisberger at www.neidaninc.com

Laura Inserra is a sound therapist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, teacher, and event producer from Sicily.

Along with her musical and spiritual studies with teachers and shamans from ancient and modern schools of wisdom, Laura Inserra has developed a unique form of healing practices called 'Harmonizing Therapy'. These approaches are part of the development of her work around the transmutational and evolutive power of 'vibration' and of what she calls ‘ancient technology’.

Through sacred sounds, rhythms, and melodies of ancient and modern musical instruments, she harmonizes people’s mind and tunes their body by lead them on ‘Inner Landscapes Journeys’. She applies this methodology in one-on-one sessions, as well as in group settings, workshops, and company retreats in order to facilitate and nurture personal transformation and self awareness.

She also uses this ‘vibration medicine’ in collaboration with psychologists, life-coaches, scientists, and shamans. In those individual or group sessions, the language-based work of her collaborators is powerfully enabled, complemented, and integrated by Laura’s non-verbal work. Those frequencies bypass the limits of the rational mind and work through the person’s cellular tuning to help shift perspectives, emotions, and patterns, as well as facilitate clarity, guidance, and harmony in life. More about Laura Inserra at www.laurainserra.com
